Debt review is a trap.
I am stuck with a vehicle that is over 5 years old.
It breaks down constantly but I am still paying monthly installments.
This is putting me in worse position than I was prior debt review.
I have even asked to at least get a car of the same value and trade in my current car. I mean what is the point of being under debtreview if its making your life a living nightmare. I will only finish this car in 2021. What can I do to get out of this hell I am in. Please advise

I am under debt review,yes I know it is difficult to get a loan, my home loan is paid up and need a loan to clear my other debts, but is also a hassle to get a secured loan, can somebody help or advise, to cancel the review process would leave me to pay original monthly repaymentsto my creditors, and negotiated interest rates will no longer apply

Im under debt review and require a loan to pay off my outstanding amount, which is R140 000. I have been experiencing difficulties and really need to get rid of being under the debt review process.If anyone knows someone that could help me, please let me know… i also want to have the debt review flag removed from my credit profile.
